Summary

I grew up in a culturally Christian home where church was more of a routine than a deep relationship with God. Even though I attended church, I felt spiritually unfulfilled. As a child, my curiosity led me into New Age practices—playing with seances, channeling, and exploring occult rituals. These early experiments, meant to reach beyond the visible realm, soon turned into recurring nightmares, sleep paralysis, and uncontrollable supernatural experiences. Later, while studying and practicing Kundalini yoga to seek solace and spiritual depth, I experienced intense moments of both exhilaration and terror. Overwhelmed by the constant cycle of striving for enlightenment without true peace, I reached a breaking point. In a moment of desperate surrender, I cried out to Jesus Christ—and everything changed. In that instant, my torment receded, and I experienced a profound encounter with the Living God. This breakthrough led me to reject the New Age deception and fully embrace the life-transforming truth of Jesus. Today, I am dedicated to teaching therapeutic fasting and naturopathy under the banner of “Fast and Pray,” using my testimony to encourage others toward genuine healing and faith.
