During a corporate prayer service at our church—a place where my husband and I serve—I witnessed a dramatic event. While embracing a woman who had been missing from regular church attendance, I felt the overwhelming presence of God. In that moment, as I hugged her, an ancient demon manifested and forcefully tried to pull her away. Though the demon roared claims to keep her in darkness, through the authority of Jesus and by declaring God’s love, I cast the demon out. That deliverance not only set her free but transformed her spirit. This experience confirmed for me that even when dark forces arise, God’s power and our steadfast prayer overcome all fear and bondage.
