I grew up hearing the gospel and attending church, but it wasn’t until high school that I truly struggled with overwhelming depression and anxiety. During freshman year, I felt isolated and empty—a darkness so deep that I even questioned whether life was worth living. One night, overwhelmed by despair, I turned to prayer despite my reluctance and found a breakthrough. That moment of raw vulnerability opened my heart to Jesus, and from that point on, everything changed. My relationship with God grew stronger, and I began to experience hope and light in ways I never imagined. I share my testimony not to boast but to offer encouragement: even when it feels like there is no way out, Jesus is there to save you.
