I’m Jeff Fusco and this is my journey from the brink of death during a brutal COVID-19 battle. At 57 I was critically ill—placed on a ventilator, suffering multi-organ failure and dangerously low hemoglobin levels. In that darkness, a powerful vision of my parents and a direct encounter with Jesus brought an overwhelming sense of peace. An evil presence even tried to tempt me to stop praying, but I stood firm in faith. From my childhood car accident where I miraculously avoided stitches to the life-saving medical interventions at the Cleveland Clinic, I experienced God’s intervention at every turn. This testimony isn’t about human effort—it’s about God’s mercy, His power to heal, and the divine confirmation that even in our weakest moments, faith restores and transforms our lives.

Episode 75: Pandemic Miracle and A Spiritual Journey – with Jeff Fusco

Jeff Fusco is a husband and father from Canfield, Ohio who experienced not only a baffling physical healing from the virus of 2020/2021 (has been featured on Fox news with video testimony of 2 of his many physicians), but a powerful near death experience where he saw Jesus. Jeff’s testimony is so powerful that the enemy tried to steal it! During his time in the hospital Jeff was approached by an evil entity and tempted. His medical records reflect and support his testimony. He is sharing his spiritual journey and a beautiful message to inspire others. The devil was rebuked and Jeff is living out his testimony in such a powerful way and sharing the light of Jesus! On top of all of this goodness, Jeff is one of the kindest people you can meet. I loved recording this testimony!

Back in March of 2020, Jeff was 57 and working as an Executive Vice President of GBS Corp in North Canton, OH (a high tech productivity firm) and was one of the first 100 people in OH to contract the well publicized virus. Jeff had some underlying risk factors (multiple myeloma and leukemia). Upon being diagnosed, he deteriorated rapidly. Within days he was placed on a ventilator (for 3 weeks), ran a temp of 104 for 2 weeks, experienced renal failure requiring dialysis, his epithelium in his intestines were ravaged which caused hemorrhage so severe he lost liters of blood with a hemoglobin as low as 4, experienced multi-system organ failure with liver and kidney involvement, a decubitus ulcer with sepsis, and 3-4 surgeries. There were an estimated 100 physicians having some role in his care, 3 hospitals last of which he was airlifted to the Cleveland Clinic. At the lowest point his family was told to make preparations for his passing, likely within the next 2 hours.

In this episode, Jeff shares his profound, undeniable medical miracle, his encounter with Jesus, being approached and tempted by an evil entity (twice), and the beautiful confirmation from God he received shortly before he was discharged. In Jeff’s encounter with Jesus, he was given free will as to whether he could stay in heaven or come back and was told he would do God’s work in either place. Jeff is truly doing the work, even as he is still rehabilitating, and has encouraged and witnessed to many people around the globe. His heart for helping others is truly beautiful. His testimony is being published in a book by Guide Post and is due to be in print this fall.
