“I remember praying very hard and saying, you know, “Do You want me to do this?” And He showed me very clearly that He wanted me to do this because He showed me a gate where there was darkness on the other side. And I was on this side with Jesus. And Jesus said, “I want you to call out your dad out of the darkness into the light where you are.” And that gave me a lot of courage and encouragement to go ahead to meet with my father because number one, I haven’t seen him for 44 years. I didn’t know what to expect. I was afraid of my reaction, I was afraid of his reaction, I was afraid of my mother’s reaction, and so I didn’t know what to do, but God made it very, very clear. And so, we arranged a meeting.”
