I Was Living Religiously then God Told Me This.. (Testimony)
Summary
Hi, I’m Nathan Cormier from Louisiana. I grew up in a Christian home and became involved in church when I was 14 as my parents became pastors. Despite a seemingly normal childhood, I struggled with not feeling enough and became addicted to drugs and alcohol during high school. My turning point came during my senior year when, after a night of excessive drinking, I was worshiping at a piano and felt the Lord speak to me, telling me to stop walking away. This profound encounter shifted my life, leading me to fully embrace God’s love and grace. I stopped using drugs completely, started reading my Bible, and allowed God to heal me. With the support of my mentor Jesse, I learned to worship genuinely and developed a deeper relationship with Jesus as a friend. My faith has empowered me to overcome my addictions, build meaningful relationships, and pursue my education at Regent University. I encourage anyone facing similar struggles to trust in God, embrace His grace, and seek His guidance for a transformed life.
