What happens when beauty, success, and fame still leave you feeling empty inside?

In this powerful Christian testimony, Lisa shares her incredible true story of transformation. Once working as a successful model, she searched for love, acceptance, peace, and security in all the wrong places. What began as looking for happiness eventually led her into alcohol addiction, drug addiction, broken relationships, family pain, and complete hopelessness.

Behind the smile was a woman drowning in addiction, hiding bottles, living with guilt and shame, and believing life was no longer worth living. She reached a place where she wanted everything to end.

But this is not where Lisa’s story finishes.

In one life-changing encounter, God stepped into her darkness and completely transformed her life. Today, Lisa is living in freedom from addiction, walking in sobriety, restored in her relationships, filled with peace, and joyfully serving Jesus Christ. Together with her husband John, they now help others trapped by addiction through their online ministry, Cornerstone, where recovering addicts meet weekly to find hope, healing, encouragement, and lasting freedom.

If you are struggling with alcohol addiction, drug addiction, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, or know someone who is, this testimony is for you. No matter how far you’ve fallen, God’s grace reaches further. Your story is not over.

“If the Son SETS YOU FREE YOU SHALL BE FREE INDEED.” – John 8:36
