Derrick Frank didn’t grow up believing God was real. He went to church because that’s what his family did, but abuse, poverty, and years of pain left him questioning whether God even existed. After becoming involved in drugs, Derrick found himself falsely accused of murder, locked in solitary confinement, and ready to end his life.

Then, in a jail cell, God met him.

What followed convinced Derrick beyond any doubt that Jesus Christ is alive, still speaks, and relentlessly pursues people—even at their darkest moments.

In this powerful Christian testimony, Derrick shares how God warned him through prophetic dreams, protected his life during a deadly drug deal, spoke to him in jail, revealed Himself through Scripture, and forever changed the direction of his life.

If you’ve ever questioned whether God is real, wondered if He still speaks today, or felt like you’ve gone too far for His grace, this conversation is for you.

If this conversation encouraged you, share your thoughts in the comments. Your testimony may be exactly what someone else needs to read. And if you’re new here, subscribe for more authentic conversations with everyday people experiencing the reality of God.
