🚨 THIS TESTIMONY COULD BE A NETFLIX FAITH FILM! 🎬🔥

James’ story is one of the most powerful testimonies you will hear about drug addiction, recovery, suicide, prayer, faith and the transforming power of Jesus Christ. 🙏

At Revival House Church Southend, James shares his incredible journey from the depths of heavy crack and heroin addiction to a life of freedom, purpose and helping others.

James reached death’s doorstep. He suffered major seizures as a result of his addiction and reached a place where he could see no reason to live. His life was spiralling out of control, but through it all, God kept him alive. 🙌

His Christian parents never gave up praying for their son.

Every day, James’ dad prayed a simple three-line prayer for his son. It seemed like nothing was happening — but God was working behind the scenes.

Then something extraordinary happened.

🙏 God answered his father’s prayer by sending a Christian businessman to James.

This businessman was extremely busy running several businesses, yet he was willing to put everything aside and wait five hours for James so that he could take him to rehab.

But James’ battle wasn’t over.

He left rehab three times.

On the third occasion, James found himself standing beside a road, contemplating ending his life by stepping in front of a lorry.

Then, in the distance, he saw something that caught his attention…

✝️ A CROSS on top of a church.

James began walking towards it.

When he arrived, the church doors were shut. But James knocked.

A lady answered the door and called the curate.

Together, they prayed with James and contacted his parents. 🙏

That moment became part of a remarkable journey that would eventually bring James to Essex, where he connected with recovery meetings and discovered a community of people who understood what he had been through.

Through Believers in Recovery, a UK recovery programme, James met other people who were walking the road of recovery and found encouragement, support and faith.

Today, James is FREE from the life that once seemed impossible to escape. 🔥

And his story doesn’t end there.

James now works with a local recovery organisation, Forward Trust, helping young people understand the dangers and devastating consequences of drugs.

What the enemy intended for destruction, God has used to give James purpose, hope and a testimony. 🙌

His story is a powerful reminder that:

❤️ Prayer matters.
✝️ God has not forgotten you.
🔥 There is hope in Jesus.
🙏 Your life has purpose.
🕊️ Freedom is possible.
💪 It’s never too late to turn your life around.
