Summary

How awesome is God?! Our marriage faced a rapid crisis—from getting married in April 2016 to separating by October. We began discussing reconciliation when I sensed a strong calling to join a class that promised to benefit our relationship. I had my firstborn from a previous relationship, and later we were blessed with another little boy in April 2018. I went into labor unexpectedly, and although we didn’t make it to the hospital, the ambulance picked me up halfway—right in front of the Apex Hope Campus, where we had attended our re|engage class months earlier. That class refreshed my understanding of the importance of church, Bible study, and daily prayer together. It equipped us with tools to communicate better and deepened my commitment as a biblical wife, ultimately bringing our marriage back together.
