For years, his sister struggled with a sensory disorder that made relationships, physical interaction, and connecting with others incredibly difficult. Even within their own family, her brother remembers how difficult it could be to communicate and build a relationship with her.

Then she entered the baptismal waters at the North Georgia Revival.

Her brother says the change was remarkable.

Afterward, she began forming relationships, connecting with people, growing in her faith, and pursuing opportunities that once would have been extremely difficult for her. She eventually attended Liberty University and became involved in journalism—something her brother says demonstrates just how dramatically her life changed.

But then he had his own encounter.

Around the time he graduated from high school, he began experiencing severe joint and muscle pain. He describes the pain as a consistent 7 or 8 out of 10, sometimes leaving him lying down or sitting in one place because doing anything else was too painful.

After seeing what God had already done in his family, he came to the North Georgia Revival and entered the baptismal waters before leaving for college.

He says he came out without the muscle pain—but that wasn’t the only thing that changed.

God gave him a new drive, confidence, and desire to lead and make a difference on his university campus.

Today, he testifies that he is PAIN-FREE and is stepping into leadership at Liberty University as a student senator.

This family’s testimony shows how an encounter with Jesus can impact more than one moment—it can change relationships, opportunities, purpose, and the trajectory of an entire family.
