Carl Thomas was the officer other cops wanted on a call. Fearless, relentless, and effective. He was also a man who had learned to use the badge to settle things, and who carried something from his own childhood that he had never dealt with.

DISPATCHED follows what happened when that caught up with him, and how a street-hardened cop became someone his whole community saw differently. Based on a true story.

Jeff Moore as Carl Thomas, with Dean Cain as Chief Walker. Written and produced by Jason Campbell, directed by Gary Lee Vincent, from JC Films.
