Reviews:
I do enjoy it when made for tv movies are simple and beautiful and that is how I feel about this movie. Alison Pill does such a good job as Katy, and Michael Cerra does great with weird characters even as a kid who does not know when to stop eating. If you grew up either watching or watch your parents watch old shows like The Waltons or similar shows this movie would make you feel nostalgic. This movie is not good if you judge movies against one another but by itself this was a good experience.
