Well, Here we are! The first episode of the final live action season of Bibleman. This is where things drastically drop in quality. With Tommy Nelson at the helm, they obviously tried to make a lot of cuts to the show at this time. The show also begins to take itself oddly seriously and will begin to talk down to kids more. The actress who played Biblegirl was pregnant at the time of filming so they decided at the last minute to bring in a new female hero “Melody” Her costume looks like they might have used dollar store material to make it. The new Bibleman and Cypher suits are much brighter and vibrant for this run, any dark tones the show may have had are now gone. You’ll also notice going forward there is little to no pyrotechnics. Any effects are digitally inserted in post production and I think plays a big part in the quality of the visuals decreasing.
