Annette Smith had a powerful near-death experience after a medical error sent her into a life-threatening diabetic coma. While in the ICU she left her body, heard a heavenly choir, and was shown a breathtaking vision of the New Jerusalem.

Raised as a pastor’s kid, Annette later rebelled and lived as a “partier.” A series of warnings from God eventually brought her back — but it was a critical medical crisis that took her all the way to the other side.

In this testimony she shares:

• What Jesus actually looked like
• The heavenly choir that sang her into His presence
• A detailed vision of the New Jerusalem
• The valley of the shadow of death
• The supernatural gift of discernment she received when she returned
• A sobering glimpse of Hell and the power of forgiveness
• A message of hope for those struggling with darkness or suicidal thoughts

This is a raw and hope-filled account of how Jesus met a broken woman in the ICU and completely redirected her life.
