When you have prayed for direction and still do not know what to do, the uncertainty can become exhausting. You look at every option, replay every possibility, and quietly wonder whether choosing wrongly could change everything.

This prayer is for that crossroads. Through Scripture, we will rest in the truth that God can guide you without showing you the whole road at once. He gives wisdom for decisions, light for the next step, grace when the future is unclear, and peace while you wait for direction.

Perhaps you are facing a decision about work, family, a relationship, a move, an opportunity, an ending, or a completely new beginning. Bring it with you tonight.

This prayer for guidance and direction draws from Proverbs 3:5–6, Psalm 119:105, 2 Timothy 1:7, Hebrews 11:8, James 1:5, Micah 6:8, Psalm 25:4–5, Acts 16:7–8, Psalm 37:23–24, Psalm 32:8, Psalm 4:8 and other Scriptures.

You may not see the whole road tonight. God does.

Allow your thoughts to settle. Ask for wisdom. Release the pressure to predict every outcome. Rest in the presence of the One who already sees beyond the part that is hidden from you.

God knows the way. And when the next step becomes clear, He will still be there.
