RESURRECTION ROLLS (EMPTY TOMB ROLLS/EASTER ROLLS)
Servings: 12 rolls
Ingredients
• 12 rolls of your choice (We used Rhodes Rolls frozen dough, thawed)
• 12 large marshmallows
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Flour your surface, then flatten each roll into a small circle with a rolling pin.
3. Dip marshmallow in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
4. Place marshmallow in center of dough.
5. Seal the dough tightly around the marshmallow, pinching all seams completely closed.
6. Place the rolls seam side down on the baking sheet. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
7. Spray the rolls with a cooking spray (for example: avocado oil or olive oil). Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar over the top of each roll.
