My name is Alan Chambers. I share the painful journey of my early years—how I first recognized struggles with my sexuality following molestation at a very young age, and the deep confusion and insecurity it bred in me due to absent and conflicted family relationships. I grew up yearning for acceptance and understanding, and these early wounds led me down a path that conflicted with how I believe God originally created me. Despite these hardships, I came to know Jesus Christ, and through His transformative power I experienced true conversion and restoration. Today, I testify that my journey from brokenness to redemption is evidence of God’s love and healing power, offering hope to anyone who feels trapped by their past.
