After growing up in a traumatic home marked by fear, abuse, and a deep longing to be loved, Lauren came to know the Lord and discovered that His Word could be trusted.

During a confusing season of crisis, she began listening to Dr. Michael Youssef’s uncompromising Biblical teaching through Leading The Way. Through the Truth of God’s Word, the Lord strengthened her faith and reminded her that He alone is a sure foundation.

When she heard that Dr. Youssef and Leading The Way were coming to Washington, D.C., for AWAKE America, she knew she had to be there—to hear the Gospel proclaimed, pray alongside brothers and sisters in Christ, and be part of a movement calling America back to God.

In this powerful AWAKE DC testimony, hear how God used Leading The Way and AWAKE DC to help grow her faith, deepen her burden for prayer, and encourage her to share the good news of Jesus Christ with others.

Through the Open Door Campaign, God is already moving:
✝️ Lives are being transformed across North America
✝️ Hearts are returning to Christ
✝️ The Gospel is reaching the most restricted places on earth

The door is open—but not forever.
Now is the time to step forward.
Now is the time to be part of something eternal.
