Today, we have the privilege of hearing Brother Chente C’s testimony—a story that isn’t just told, but felt. He bravely opens his heart and takes us into the reality of who he once was before surrendering his life to Jesus Christ. A life marked by pain and struggle—years spent as an active gang member and a gangster rapper, chasing a path that led only deeper into struggle. But everything changed behind prison walls. In a place meant to confine him, he was given a Bible—and in that moment, the seeds of transformation were planted.
