Come behind the scenes to learn how authentic Mexican paletas are made with the Happy Hubbards! 🍓🍫

Aurie, Brian, and Shayla went into the preparation room at Joy Pops! Together with the owner, Kalli we discovered what really happens inside a frozen dessert shop. Starting with using natural, whole-food ingredients to freezing paletas in molds and turning them into delicious and nutritious treats for kids and families! They are like popsicles that are good for you!

We got to explore the equipment used to freeze the paletas, learn about temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, and even wash dishes and learn how the kitchen gets cleaned!

Then we headed to the front of the shop to bring our paletas to life! We dipped them in different flavors of chocolate, added fun toppings, packaged them up, and took our creations home. 🍦✨
