I’m David Thornton, and as an NFL linebacker who’s completed eight seasons—including time with the Indianapolis Colts and now as a Tennessee Titan—my journey in professional sports has never been without challenges. Yet, amid the fierce competition and pressures on the field, my Christian faith has been my anchor. Grounded by a family steeped in ministry and inspired by the example set by my father, I’ve leaned on Jesus through every setback.
