My name is Nicola and I’m 29 years old. Growing up with my single mom in LTIA, I moved to the UK at 14 and later to Cardiff. Despite being raised to believe in God, I never truly had a relationship with Him. My life was guided by worldly values, and I struggled with insecurities and the pressure to please others. Through challenging experiences, including partying, unhealthy relationships, and a lack of purpose, I felt empty and lost. My perspective shifted when I was invited to a Bible talk in Sweden, where I encountered genuine, joyful, and loving Christians who demonstrated that the Bible is not just an old book but a living message. As I studied scriptures—especially 2 Corinthians 4:7-10—I began to understand God’s unconditional love and how He sees me as His special possession. This revelation transformed my life, helping me overcome insecurities, embrace my true worth in Christ, and center my life on God rather than societal expectations. I now live with renewed confidence, knowing that my identity is secured by His grace and that I don’t have to earn my worth. I share my testimony to encourage others to take that leap of faith and experience the freedom and peace that come from a genuine relationship with Jesus.
