Ephesians 6 tells us we have the armour of God and we are to put it on. This armour is not to help us fight physical battles, but rather to protect us against “the day of evil” — when challenges come and things get tough for us.

The good news is that our good and loving God does not leave us without defence. We don’t have to be helpless or feel hopeless when troubles come our way. We can put on God’s supernatural armour that helps us fight back and defend ourselves. In this lesson, we will uncover the helmet of salvation, and how to put on this piece of the armour and keep it securely on!
