Emily first came to the Baptist Church as a teenager, where she met the man who would later become her husband. Her journey to faith wasn’t marked by a sudden moment, but unfolded gently—more like a sunrise than a thunderclap.
Life brought deep challenges. Emily faced serious difficulties during childbirth, and just as she was recovering her husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma. As a nurse, she understood the gravity of the situation all too well. Over 13 years of illness, she walked a long and painful road alongside him.
