Summary

I’ve struggled with a chronic condition—interstitial cystitis—that left me in constant pain and frustration for over two years. After countless dismissive doctor visits and exhausting treatments, I knew I had to take control of my healing. I adjusted my diet, sought alternative therapies, and most importantly, learned the transformative power of forgiveness. Realizing that holding onto anger and bitterness only hindered my healing, I embraced a deep, personal commitment to forgive others, which in turn opened my heart to God’s forgiveness. This spiritual breakthrough not only improved my physical health but also renewed my faith, reminding me that true healing comes from a heart reborn through Christ.
