After a boating accident left Brandon crippled, our lives were forever changed. The incident, which occurred on August 4th, 2018 at the beach when the boat’s anchor fell off, resulted in Brandon sustaining a severe spinal cord injury. The initial shock and difficulty of adjusting to life at home were overwhelming. However, with the unwavering support of our small group, church family, and friends, we learned to adapt to our new reality. Their unprompted care—ranging from showing up at the hospital to decorating our home upon our return—demonstrated that even in our darkest moments, God is present. Our story is a testament to how community and faith can restore hope and transform lives.
