I am Rod Williams, founder of Real Deal Ministry, and I share my transformative encounter with Jesus Christ while in my prison cell. My life was spiraling through drug addiction, gambling, and criminal activities until I hit rock bottom. In the depths of despair, I prayed earnestly, asking Jesus if He was real and seeking forgiveness for my sins. That prayer marked the turning point in my life. I experienced an overwhelming flood of love, peace, and assurance from Jesus, which confirmed His reality and forgiveness. This encounter set me on a path of redemption, leading me to rebuild my life through faith, repentance, and service. By embracing God’s second chance, I overcame addiction, reconciled with my family, pursued education and career opportunities in debt counseling, and dedicated my life to helping others find freedom through Jesus. My testimony highlights God’s faithfulness, the power of prayer, and the transformative love of Jesus that redeems even the darkest past.
