When drafted to go to Vietnam, Ron stood on the Bible verse Psalms 118:17: “I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the Lord has done.”

To the glory of God, he survived fighting what many historians state was the most fierce fighting against the NVA in 1969, near the DMZ in South Vietnam, and shares some harrowing experiences in this video.

Ron became a Chaplain and has ministered to many Vets and family members and friends of vets since returning from Vietnam.
