Jewish Filmmaker Finds Peace in Prison | Vlad’s Powerful Testimony
Summary
Growing up as a Jewish man in Ukraine, I faced relentless bullying and rejection for my faith. My schoolmates beat and insulted me, and even rabbis doubted my Jewishness. Desperate to find a community where I was welcomed, I joined a synagogue where a young man invited me to pray. Initially skeptical and angry at God, my faith journey was a gradual process of seeking forgiveness and understanding. During my time as a filmmaker in prison, I witnessed miraculous transformations among fellow prisoners through worship and prayer. Embracing Jesus, I experienced a profound change in my heart, finding peace and purpose. Now, living in Berlin, I work with Jews for Jesus, sharing the message of the Jewish Messiah and helping others find freedom and love through Jesus.
