SummaryI grew up in a home torn apart by addiction and the loss of my father at age 6. Alone and searching for belonging, I fell into a fast-living skateboarding scene, drinking heavily until my life spiraled toward prison or worse. When my girlfriend became pregnant, reality hit, but I still clung to my sinful habits. Then, on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024, I walked into church hungover and beaten down—only to leave filled with purpose and the love of Jesus. Surrendering my will to His, I called Chrissy’s dad, and soon I was on a flight to Michigan to join Set Free Ministries’ 33-affirmations program. There, I renounced my resentments and chains, discovered my authority in Christ, and felt true freedom for the first time. Today, out of the mud of my past, I stand transformed by His grace, sharing this miracle so others may find hope in Him. 🙌🎉
