My name is Dhysh Halili. As a little girl, I accepted Christ but could not let go of the deep anger and resentment I felt after the sudden, tragic loss of my father—killed in an accident without legal recourse. That anger burdened my heart for years. Despite learning to pray and read the Bible, I struggled with unforgiveness, blaming the man responsible and even questioning God’s fairness. Over time, God’s persistent love chased me down; through prayer, heartfelt surrender, and a transformative encounter during a worship service, I found the strength to forgive. In that moment, the weight of my anger lifted and I experienced a profound restoration. Today, I testify that God’s overwhelming forgiveness not only healed my heart but also paved the way for reconciliation and renewed hope. I share my testimony to encourage anyone burdened by unforgiveness that God is in control, ready to restore and renew every broken relationship.
