Welcome to another one of Junior Ranger Katie’s animal diaries! In today’s diary, the spotlight is on the African Bush Elephant, which is one of two living African elephant species. It is the largest living terrestrial animal and is found across several African countries, inhabiting forests, grasslands and woodlands. It is a social mammal, and travels in herds, feeding on grasses, leaves and bark.
