SummaryI grew up healthy and active in Sugar House, Salt Lake City. After a trip to Turkey, sickness crept in. On May 25, my heart failed. In the ER, fluids worsened me; a procedure couldn’t fix my rhythm. Hours later, my heart stopped—65 minutes of CPR while I was intubated—then ECMO sustained me. In my coma, I sat on a high cliff over a boundless sea, filled with a love so complete I felt one with everything. Gentle beings waited below, promising to take me into the Light whenever I was ready. There was no pressure—only love. Back at the hospital, my parents prayed and spoke life over me. I chose to return. Waking was hard: collapsed lungs, kidney failure, learning to walk, talk, eat, and write again. Still, Jesus held me. I live today because God met me in the valley and led me back. 🕊️✨
