Summary

I grew up in a loving Christian family in Pennsylvania, but as a kid, I was full of energy and got into trouble often—like punching my second-grade teacher! 😅 At 11, I stumbled upon pornography at my grandparents' house, and when my aunt caught me, waves of guilt and shame hit me hard. I felt too dirty to talk about it, leading to years of secret struggles with lust and self-hatred, even as I served in youth ministry and acted like everything was fine. I came to Christ at 12 after losing my uncle and a friend to sudden deaths, realizing I needed salvation from sin and hell. In college, I met my wife Jen while cheerleading—she knew I'd be a pastor before I did! We married young, and God called me into ministry despite my doubts. Through Neil Anderson's books and going through the Steps to Freedom with a friend, I finally broke free from shame, learning there's no condemnation in Christ. God restored me, leading to roles as a youth pastor and now president of Freedom in Christ Ministries USA. 🙌 Through trials like church politics and health scares, I've seen God's faithfulness multiply, turning my messes into a testimony of His grace and provision.

Season 4 kicks off with a resounding bang as co-host and president of FICM-US, Dan Studt, takes the hot seat sharing stories of finding and walking out his own freedom in Christ.
