Jesus and his disciples met a widow with her only son just died and being carried out in the town gate of Nain. Jesus said to the widow, Don’ t cry. Then Jesus went up and touched the bier and said, young man, I say to you, get up! The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother. (Luke 7:11-15)
