I used to be heavily involved in Scientology and new age practices, from yoga and spiritual ‘energy work’ to divination methods. Despite temporary ‘feel-good’ moments, I discovered these were opening unseen spiritual doors. After encountering Jesus Christ in a life-changing way, I realized how these practices gave demons legal access, often through our hidden wounds and traumas. Through confessing, repenting, and allowing the Holy Spirit to heal my childhood wounds—plus renouncing soul ties and lies I’d believed—I received true deliverance. Now, I share how anyone can uncover their buried hurts, hand them to Jesus, and break free from demonic oppression. I also warn fellow Christians about yoga’s spiritual roots and encourage them to find authentic community in the Body of Christ, where true growth, healing, and deliverance can flourish.
