Depression can strike at the moments that we least expect it, even for Christians. Paul had already attempted suicide 6 times by his mid-20s. Despite a having ticked all the boxes of a “good Christian”, he attempted suicide and 7th time and succeeded. Miraculously, he was revived, but it was clear that God wasn’t done with Paul. His physical revival was just the beginning. There is always hope for those who suffer from depression – hope in Jesus.
