Hello, I’m Michelle, 25 years old from Toronto, Ontario. In my testimony, I share how I left my boyfriend and my former new age, self-idolizing lifestyle behind to follow Jesus. Growing up in a kind of Catholic family, I was exposed to faith but never truly connected with God. I explored new age practices like tarot, astrology, and self-help philosophies, yet always felt something was missing. When my relationship no longer aligned with the values I began to discover in church, I started seeking a deeper truth. Through attending a young adult service, engaging in small group fellowship, and experiencing powerful moments of worship, I realized that true fulfillment and identity come only from Jesus. I made the decision to publicly declare my faith through baptism—a transformative step that reshaped my life. Today, I lead worship at my local church and share my testimony to encourage others that genuine restoration and purpose are found in Christ alone.
