Summary

I grew up in church but started drifting away in my teens, chasing worldly things. At 19, I got severely drunk at a wedding and ended up in the hospital with alcohol poisoning, unresponsive. Miraculously, I recovered overnight. In the days after, I kept hearing a voice saying, "It's not your time." I realized it was God calling me back. I threw myself into church, joined a young adults group at Gateway, and found a supportive community. Now, at 20, my faith is stronger, I've stopped chasing vices, and I feel called to share Jesus with others, like being a fisher of men. God's voice builds me up, and I've seen real transformation in my life. 🙏✨

Carter shares with Trixie how the Lord’s voice called him back from the darkness, almost succumbing to alcohol poisoning one night. Now he can’t help but follow the Lord’s voice with a life on fire for Jesus.

Trixie’s story…
Trixie has a heart for Jesus and desires to share the Good News with those who do not yet know Him. She and her husband run a small business which gives them a chance to explore the open road. Trixie loves discovering all kinds of treasures on the roads of North America, like little local cafes, historic towns and especially handmade ice cream shops. They have one son who attends university in Virginia. All for the glory of God, a platform for real people to share their testimonies about the truth of God’s goodness in their lives.
