At 20, Jon seemed to have it all—great job, new truck, girlfriend, and close friends. He was even about to buy a house. But despite this, he felt deeply empty. As a child, Jon was haunted by a fear of the dark and disturbing visions he believed were supernatural. One vivid memory of a blinding light in his room left him shaken and seeking comfort. Over time, these fears and a distorted view of God fed his anxiety and made sleep a constant struggle.
