I am Sarah C. Williams. My dream of a picture‐perfect pregnancy was shattered when, during a routine ultrasound, doctors delivered the devastating news that my third baby girl’s skeleton wasn’t developing properly and that she would not survive outside the womb. In that moment, sitting with my husband Paul in our small Oxford home, we were overwhelmed by shock and grief. We cried out to God, and it felt as though He sat with us, comforting us with His presence. That divine encounter changed everything – it redefined what it means to be human and reminded me that my worth isn’t measured by perfection or achievements but by God’s unconditional love. Though the journey through termination discussions, unbearable pain, and loss was heart-wrenching, His intervention brought healing to my broken heart and transformed my identity. Through this testimony, I share my struggle, my grief, and ultimately the hope and restoration I found in Jesus.
