Summary

My name is Jessica Raymundo and I’m 25 years old, originally from suburban Chicago. I never grew up in a truly Christian or spiritual home and spent much of my early life identifying as gay and then as a trans man and non-binary individual. I pursued my passion for music and explored my gender expression in New York City, even living as a drag king under the name Dom Cruz. Despite the vibrant life I led, I battled substance abuse, toxic relationships, and deep internal struggles with gender dysphoria and identity. Then, through a powerful church invitation and a heartfelt prayer, I encountered Jesus Christ in a life‐altering moment. While walking the Brooklyn Bridge during a crisis, the Lord reached out, guiding me with His love. In that divine encounter, He revealed to me that my true identity was not in my past trans identity, but in Him – calling me to become a mother. Though the journey was painful and marked by loss, I now stand transformed, fully sold out for Jesus, with a restored heart and renewed purpose. My testimony is a declaration that true transformation and healing come only through Christ.
