Summary
SummaryI’m Jennifer, and I’ve walked a journey of faith that began when God stirred my heart at 16 to impact society through leadership. After thriving at Regent University—where I felt truly known—I faced shattering loss in my doctorate program: a miscarriage that nearly broke me. Exhausted, I withdrew, but a timely call from my program director reminded me of God’s unchanging call and His promise to equip me. I returned that very day, pressed on to earn my doctorate in Strategic Leadership, and even taught at Regent’s School of Business, mentoring hundreds. Then in 2019, I embraced the chance to build the Middle East and North Africa Leadership Center—MENA—serving as its president and CEO. Today, thousands of Christian leaders are empowered through our programs, all because I refused to let grief sideline my calling.
Jennifer felt called to make a difference from a young age. She pursued a master’s and doctorate at Regent University, knowing she belonged there. During her doctorate, a miscarriage shook her faith, nearly causing her to quit. But after one reminder of her calling she fulfilled her purpose and created MENA.
