I grew up in a loving Christian home, but by middle school I wrestled with crippling anxiety and depression. In high school my self‑image and Instagram obsession spiraled into self‑hatred and suicidal thoughts. One night, desperate, I poured out my heart in prayer—and felt a peace beyond understanding. Since that encounter, Jesus has been my strength and hope. 🙏💖
