Summary
SummaryIβm Todd McIntosh, 31, once trapped in two decades of substance abuseβfrom cheap beer at nine, to oxy, heroin, fentanyl, then meth. I wrecked cars, lost jobs, dodged family, and shrank to 126 lbs while selling the same poison that owned me. π©Έ
Last May, starving on a basement floor, I finally whispered, βGod, send me a boat.β Months later four felony indictments became my vessel. Turning myself in, detoxing in jail, and moving back to Momβs porch, I felt Jesus tap my heart: βThis is your boat.β π€βοΈ
Since 22 April 2025 Iβve been sober. I wear an ankle monitor like a badge of freedom, dive into church, Celebrate Recovery, and Bible study, and was baptized in the river of my childhood. Whatever my August sentencing brings, Iβm already freeβalive to chase Godβs fire, not the worldβs lies. π₯π
The story of a man who was radically changed from one chasing the world and his own desires to chasing after the fire God.
