Hi, I’m Sarah Nelson, 36 years old from Tulsa, Oklahoma. In my testimony, I share how I came to know Jesus at 13 and how, despite a challenging journey filled with church hurt and a period of living in a worldly lifestyle, God intervened in a miraculous way during my pregnancy. When doctors diagnosed a sacrococcygeal teratoma—a tumor on my unborn son’s bottom—they warned of lifelong treatment and potential complications, including the need for early delivery and fetal surgery. In a season of deep anxiety and depression, my husband and I earnestly surrendered our situation to God through prayer. Miraculously, at our follow-up ultrasound, the tumor had completely vanished, and our son, Daniel, was born healthy. This incredible healing not only restored my faith but also transformed our lives, reinforcing my trust in God’s perfect will even in the most dire circumstances.
