Jason used to believe Reiki, yoga, and manifestation were helping him grow spiritually. People felt his presence, and he thought it was energy or alignment. Reiki made him feel powerful, and everyone said yoga was essential—but every time he tried it, something felt off or he ended up hurt.

Looking back now, he realizes it wasn’t the universe or manifestation guiding him—it was God. God was protecting him, redirecting him, and showing him that the power he felt never came from those practices, but from Him. Today, Jason knows every blessing was Jesus working in his life long before he understood it.
