Summary

My journey with Christ has been a continual testament to His power to redeem and restore. I married a minister with a profound ministry, and our life together took a heartbreaking turn when his health rapidly declined due to AIDS. I witnessed firsthand the struggle as he battled weight loss, seizures, dementia, and strokes. In the emergency room and later as we faced his terminal condition, I clung to the promise that nothing is too heavy for God to lift. Through moments of deep personal grief and uncertainty—when I questioned my future and even the very identity of our church—I experienced a still small voice urging humility and trust in Jesus. That divine intervention not only transformed my understanding of worth and identity, but it also reoriented my purpose. I found strength to rebuild my life, to lead our church, and to proclaim that no sin or sorrow is too great for God’s forgiveness and deliverance. Today, I share my testimony so that others may see that even in the darkest trials, God’s love remains constant and His plan for restoration is always at work.
