I joined Jennifer again on Deep Believer to open up about how we can see ourselves through God’s eyes. I recalled finding a wealthy man hiding in his own closet, trapped by depression despite all he possessed. From that encounter, I realized our worth has nothing to do with fame or finances, but everything to do with God’s word over us. Drawing from Ezekiel 37’s dry bones, I showed how speaking God’s truth resurrects our sense of value. No matter our doubts or baggage, the Bible is voice-activated: when we repeat what God says about us, we break off condemnation. I also pointed to real-life examples—like Michelle Turner’s and Freddy Ramirez’s joy—to illustrate that the Fruit of the Spirit can visibly shine through us. If we align with Scripture and believe God’s promises above our own self-criticism, we find true identity and self-worth in Jesus Christ.
